The staff locked the bathroom doors, and when they opened them for customers, they didn’t wash their hands before going back to scooping ice cream. They all seemed irritated and annoyed. The bathroom was disgusting — there was urine everywhere, and it was super dirty. On top of that, the tables weren’t cleaned, making the whole place feel unkempt. I paid $30 for four small ice cream cones, which felt overpriced given the poor experience and considering how much cheaper ice cream is in the store.

Get one free two scoop sundae and walked away with nothing that looks like your photo on the menu board. I even had to ask the guy ringing me up. Are these two scoops? Because it looks like one and I know it's buy one get one free and I probably shouldn't complain however, you are misrepresenting what you are selling and I would be even more upset if I was paying full price for both of these. You clearly see the difference in sizes but also neither one of them look anything close to what you claim it should be. I would love to provide photos but I do not see the ability to do so here. I'm very upset. It's already expensive enough and for you to mislead your customers is just horrible. I never complain but tonight I have to. What a waste of my time and money.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
