  Just purchased a chicken ranch wrap for lunch, got back to my workplace to eat and the wrap was much smaller than previously purchased and the chicken inside the wrap was sooo hard I almost broke a tooth. Very disappointing.

  I placed an order at the kiosk for fries and a baked potato. I was able to place the order and pay, before I was told that there were no potatoes. Because I paid with the kiosk, they were not able to refund my card, but have me cash instead. The employee I interacted with was very kind and apologetic, but the kiosk should not have allowed me to place the order in the first place if they did not have potatoes.

  All in all, it's a fast food joint. Wendy's has decent food, I mostly prefer their sausage breakfast burritos. The chicken tenders are a bit disappointing tho. They also changed their salads over the years, and the lettuce definitely isn't cleaned properly, but it's not like many places really know how to clean lettuce right. The service can really bit hit or miss tho -- sometimes you'll get really nice quick staff, other times you might get someone who has no idea what their doing. But the most common is the staff who are overwhelmed, either not enough organization or lack of staff. This is probably the only area they have for improvement. End of the day, "Sir/Ma'am this is a Wendy's" -- idk what more you'd expect.
