  Come to Taco Bell to watch the guy watching his phone and not providing any service. I’ve been at the window after ordering for five minutes without him even opening the window or look at me. He is watching something on his phone.

  Sadly, I have to write this review. It is the Taco Bell on my way home. At 10:22 I was met with a very unprofessional “what do you want”. The message isn’t streamlined as far as rounding up which made me hesitant to offer any rounding up for education. I am an educator and take pride in helping others, but I’m confused. On top of it half my order was missing. I am sad because I would love this location to stay open, but it is getting to a point where people in line have to check their food every time. If you get something messy like fiesta cheesy potatoes you don’t get a fork. I was charged for things I didn’t receive so I will no longer support this. I tend to have the same issue with this particular location. This night was the worst. It seems trivial but when others do it right, it makes you wonder how leadership is involved and how they are training their staff. Wish I didn’t have to make a review… I’ve seen this Taco Bell grow and start over and now for this year it just hasn’t been a good experience. I hope one day this improves.

  I went in to order food. Stood at the register for 11 minutes. Not one person came to help me. They had many employees working. Worse than that an employee was sticking his hands deep in the trashcan to dig something out, then never washed his hands. He was the one getting all the drinks and putting food in the boxes and bags. He was touching and putting chips with his dirty bare hands in bags.

  This is BY FAR the best taco bell I've ever been to, and the only one I go to anymore. I'll drive past 5 other taco bell locations to come here because the staff is well trained and actually cares about their performance. Drive-thru is always fast even if the line is backed up 20 cars, 30 seconds a car like clockwork. I've NEVER had a missing item, which other locations do 50% of the time. Order modifications are always done, and well done. Great work guys, you are keeping the taco bell dream alive. Everyone deserves a raise, and not your normal raises normally given. Give all staff +2$ per hour, they deserve it.
