- RERespect Is everythingMar 22, 20261.0I very rarely order anything online but my girlfriend had the car today and i only had cash so i call the nearest Pizza Hut closest to me and upon someone answering the phone i told them as right after they took my phone number that i only had cash no card if that’s okay? The woman said yes of course! So i proceeded with my order and the end for two pizzas and cheese bread and cinnamon rolls it totaled out to 70$ and some change cool i have a 100$ dollar bill, upon the delivery i opened the door and to my surprise the delivery driver didn’t speak a word of English! I was trying to ask about the tipping process but he didn’t understand me at all so i handed him the hundred dollar bill 💵 and he brokenly said he didn’t have any change for the bill and handed it back to me! And i tried explaining that the lady i placed the order with was well aware of my cash Delma! But again not one single word of English and my family didn’t get their food we were waiting for almost an hour! Again we had no vehicle today so we relied on delivery with our cash which was carefully explained in the beginning of the order! So i call complaining and was told that they could give me a very small discount and make sure the next driver would have proper change to provide for me! Beyond frustrating will never take our business to Pizza Hut again and customer service did nothing offered nothing! Was in ahhh 😯 over this unprofessional service from Pizza Hut!
