As if he is the one who is being inconvenienced! MY rating takes a hit for cancellation when the first driver steals so maybe don't just hand the orders out without a confirmation! Someone tell that little boy he needs to watch his tone and act professional! After all, he is probably the one who gave it away without confirmation!
