  Came to subway in Walmart by lakeside. Stood in lobby for 10 min no worker in sight. The Walmart employees said that they know nothing about subway they are Walmart workers. Very disappointed its open but no workers.

  Possibly the worst sandwich I ate in my life. Did online ordering and when I got home to eat my sandwich it was terrible. The man messed up by not giving me the flat bread that I ordered. On top of that I had paid for 50% more meat and did not receive that, my footlong had 4 pieces of ham total. My girlfriend paid for 50% more meat and didn’t get it either. She also ordered less pickles and her sandwich had more pickles than anything else. I ordered from them 4 days ago and my sandwich was stacked with meat and made correctly. VERY Disappointed. Waste of money and left unsatisfied.

  I had an awful customer experience yesterday. I have tried calling the store to resolve it, but they do not answer the phone at this store. I was given the wrong order and treated poorly when I tried to have it corrected and then I’m sure because they know that no one will be answering the phone asked to call in when a manager would be in. Surprise they don’t answer. You’re better off heading to the other locations as the employees at this location do not care about customers or doing their jobs. What a let down!

  The man working 5’4, dark hair, dark eyes, anger issues, was super rude today when I came to grab what should have been warm and toasted sandwiches-as per my receipt-and they were cold, horribly made, and soggy. When I asked why they weren’t toasted he gave me an attitude and refused to toast them. I tried to show where my receipt clearly said toasted and he flipped out. He is an awful employee and lazy. Throwing a tantrum instead of toasting sandwich that should clearly be served got is some goofy flex for sure. Please train your employees on how to make sandwiches. Train him on customer service and sandwich making. What an awful experience. Guess we will drive to the better subway in the highlands instead.
