Person who took our order was very rude, our chicken nuggets tastes stale, they forgot to give us an order of fries and the worst of all there was a hair in my son’s cheeseburger. This is the late night staff!

Staff lead was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I get that this mcdonald's is in area where there is a lot of homeless, but just because somebody rides a bike does not mean that they are homeless. She treated me some type away.When I got my food, I asked her if I could get aside pickles which is free even according to that strange.Charge me and then and told me that they were up charging for everything when I checked the app and that was completely wrong. But no wanting to sit there and fight with her , because she was being petty , decided to leave. It is people like this and service like this.That gives fast food industries a bad name

I had the great fortune of pulling into this McDonald’s 15 minutes before they close (like a real selfish piece of work), and Mason treated me like I was an absolute treasure (instead of the inconsiderate turnip that I was rolling in right before close). He was kind, polite, and so fast with my order. Seriously amazing customer service. He turned would have been a new low point in my life into a memory I’ll cherish for the rest of my days. (But seriously, great service, food was fire, 10/10)
