  The first problem was that my account had apparently expired. I tried several times to reset my password, and finally had to create another account. My organization is tax-exempt and there was no option at all of who to call about this. I was in a hurry to get the order in for the next morning, so I need to figure out the tax later, I guess. Ordered two dozen bagels and 3 carafes of coffee online to be picked up by 7:50am. I arrived at 8:00am and only the bagels were ready. The coffee took about 20 minutes, then though I asked them several times, there was no creamer, sugar, stirrers, napkins. I got them only after I asked for them. I looked through the box and there were no plates or knives either as requested. I should have looked again because there was also no cream cheese! So everyone gets to eat a dry bagel. Finally got my order at 8:25am, which means I get to rush around to make up the time.

  New guy named aiden makes the worst bagels i have ever had here and ive eaten at least 1000 bagels from this one with some pretty bad bagels every single one of his bagels have basically no cream cheese and/or taste like garlic. This is the 6th time at least

  The staff taking orders was so friendly. I was honestly surprised that there was only one female employee making all the bagels by herself on a Saturday morning, when it is busy.. manager came out for one second but did not help. So service took forever to get the bagel because it is such low staff.. so very slow. Shoutout to the female employee working hard!

  The staff at the Einstein’s in Wheatridge Colorado are always cheerful, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. My mailbox key disappeared two days ago, and I have been hunting for it. I returned to Einstein‘s where I had lunch that day. The staff immediately went to look if my keys had been turned in. They were there! My keys were recovered with a kind smile, gracious manner and excellent breakfast. Thank you to everyone at the Wheatridge store for always going above and beyond ordinary service to friendly help.
