If you didn't feel like walking up the stairs, you could have called or texted to let me know the pizza had arrived. I found out purely by accident when I looked out the window. As you can imagine, after having sat on the concrete for who knows how long, the pizza was ice cold. It really sucks having to re-cook a pizza that should have been delivered hot. I called the store and was told that maybe they can talk to a manager and then the line went dead, so my confidence isn't really high.
