I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Chipotle location because of one staff member, Dorely. She was extremely rude to me during my order and had a dismissive, irritated tone the entire time. I tried to be polite, but it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience.
What was even more concerning was the way she spoke to her coworkers short, snappy, and unprofessional. It created an awkward environment for both customers and staff. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service and basic respect should still be a priority.
I really hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the entire location.

It’s just really frustrating when multiple things are wrong with a pick up order. Seriously, it is right there on the tag.

You should be proud of your team and location. The customer service was excellent, and the food was cooked perfectly—especially the rice, which is often undercooked at other places.
