I always place my order through the app and have decided to finally write a review about this oddly specific discrepancy. The first time, I grab my order and go. Once I get back to work I notice there is no guac in my food. From that point on I open my bowl in front of the employees everytime and after about 10 visits, I would say my bowl has only had guac 2 out of 10 times. Why is it so hard to put guac in the bowl? 🤔 You would think for the most expensive add-on that this would not happen so often. Literally the first ingredient listed on the label that goes on the lid. Aside from that the food is ok when it's actually in the bowl but the experience of this is what causes a 2 star review.
