- DDDani2 days ago1.0Somehow one line moves fast and one you will be stuck in for 30 minutes!!! This is so frustrating!!! Both lines need to have equal priority! This is the longest wait. The cars in front of me have not moved but the now the other lane is almost completely empty! You have 3 people painting the window and 4 people taking orders yet only 3 people making coffee. I dont care if machines break down, then you should use one and move back and forth between lanes. The "shift lead" should know that!

Sure the line may be long, but here you will get better coffee, better prices...and dare I say better service? I was helped by Marlee on my last visit, and her energy was so infectious! Love the professionalism and enthusiasm.

Marlee was the young lady that waited on me. She was very knowledgeable about their products and very sweet. I ordered 2 strawberry smoothies for my husband and myself. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. I am going to make it my go to smoothie shop! Will be back in a few days!

But the absolute best part is the people, all of the employees treat you with such kindness! I had the pleasure of being served by Marlee and she was such a joy, and made the ordering process super simple! Will definitely be coming back!
- TLT LNov 10, 20251.0I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at 7 Brew Coffee today. I ordered the Mango-Passion Fruit Fizz, and the staff mistakenly added whipped cream. Why would this drink need whipped cream??? You can tell they tried to scoop it out and never said anything to us about it. I am highly allergic to dairy, and this kind of careless handling could have caused a serious medical emergency. If I end up needing medical attention because of this, I will be forwarding my medical bills directly to the company. This experience made it clear that 7 Brew Coffee is not a safe space for people with allergies, and I will not be returning for my own safety. Proper allergen training and safe handling practices are essential in food service, this was unacceptable.
