  The three ladies here that worked on the evening of march the 27th, they were so wonderful, and made my matcha quite great. Would recommend this location!

  Over it's a good place but the drinks like teh fruit roll up or pink lemonade had way too much syrup. Maybe tone it down a little on that. It was overwhelming. The coffee drinks are good though.

  The young woman that took our order was warm, welcoming and patient as we viewed the menu. The person that gave us our coffee didn’t say much and was rude when we asked for straws. The cinnamon roll coffee left much to be desired. I will back to the location on Wadsworth. Please provide outside heaters for the staff on Wadsworth.

  I’ve visited couple times and they are usually sweet with the flavor, I Got the blondie, super simple right? Wrong. I’ve visited twice this week and both times there was absolutely no sweetener in the drink. I retried again today just now and the same thing - no sweetener. I tried to call and see about a redo and it’s a corporate VM so doubt I’ll get a response. Note to self if u get a drink try it before u leave. More than likely they are forgetting something or training isn’t going so well over there.
