The cars in front of me have not moved but the now the other lane is almost completely empty! You have 3 people painting the window and 4 people taking orders yet only 3 people making coffee. I dont care if machines break down, then you should use one and move back and forth between lanes. The "shift lead" should know that!

The staff seemed to enjoy working with each other and everyone was very happy and polite. Marlee was the young lady that waited on me. She was very knowledgeable about their products and very sweet. I ordered 2 strawberry smoothies for my husband and myself. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. I am going to make it my go to smoothie shop! Will be back in a few days!

Why would this drink need whipped cream??? You can tell they tried to scoop it out and never said anything to us about it. I am highly allergic to dairy, and this kind of careless handling could have caused a serious medical emergency. If I end up needing medical attention because of this, I will be forwarding my medical bills directly to the company. This experience made it clear that 7 Brew Coffee is not a safe space for people with allergies, and I will not be returning for my own safety. Proper allergen training and safe handling practices are essential in food service, this was unacceptable.
