While the atmosphere is always pleasant and calming, there is a MAJOR issue I seem to keep having with this location.
To start off, I am highly allergic to onions (especially red onions). Since the app doesn't allow for allergen accommodations, I always end up going inside. Every time I order a Nova Lox I tell them no red onions, to which they do have a section of their screen at the cash register stating it. To my surprise when I have to leave in a hurry with my food, there are red onions on it. Thus, I spent 12 dollars on something I can no longer eat and wasted my time waiting. This is the fifth time in 6 months that this has happened.... So, if you are allergic to anything they serve, be sure to check your food before leaving.
how can they be so slow - foods chill, but 4 people making sandwiches should be more dialed
This is by far the slowest Einsteins ive ever been to. Food is good

The first problem was that my account had apparently expired. I tried several times to reset my password, and finally had to create another account. My organization is tax-exempt and there was no option at all of who to call about this. I was in a hurry to get the order in for the next morning, so I need to figure out the tax later, I guess.
Ordered two dozen bagels and 3 carafes of coffee online to be picked up by 7:50am. I arrived at 8:00am and only the bagels were ready. The coffee took about 20 minutes, then though I asked them several times, there was no creamer, sugar, stirrers, napkins. I got them only after I asked for them. I looked through the box and there were no plates or knives either as requested. I should have looked again because there was also no cream cheese! So everyone gets to eat a dry bagel. Finally got my order at 8:25am, which means I get to rush around to make up the time.
The staff taking orders was so friendly. I was honestly surprised that there was only one female employee making all the bagels by herself on a Saturday morning, when it is busy.. manager came out for one second but did not help. So service took forever to get the bagel because it is such low staff.. so very slow. Shoutout to the female employee working hard!
