    Food was cold because your staff shut off their heaters 30 mins before closing. It’s not safe to serve people cold food when they’re coming in to get a meal that’s ready to eat, not one where you need to go find a microwave to heat it back up. There needs to be a policy that your workers need to keep the heaters for the food on. It’s against FDA policy to serve food under 135f keep that in mind next time you let your staff start EOS cleaning 30 mins before your restaurants serving hours are over

    This chipotle hardly ever has tea and the chips are always undercooked and not crunchy. On top of the food not being great the place is normally a mess.
