  Didn’t know this was Tropical Chunky Cafe… ordered two Bahama Mama’s and can’t even get a full drink out of them without a chunk of ice stopping me from drinking it. What are we doing??? Arvada is a better location.

  Brielle was incredibly kind and pleasant as she took my order, and the rest of the team (Mariah and Dominic) were helpful and genuine while I was there. I enjoyed my conversation with Brielle, as she made me feel like we had been friends for awhile. In all honesty this is the first time in 2 years I have felt truly welcome and not like a burden. Ben is one of the most insufferable people and thanks to him I tend to avoid this store at all cost, so I was very thankful that tonight's team did NOT include Ben. Sorry but if you hate your job that much maybe you need a new job instead of making your customers feel like they are making your day so bad.

  Food was good but the guy taking our order was rude to us when we were trying to ask what kinds of drinks they had. He acted like we were either stupid or inconveniencing him. Won’t be coming back to this location as I see in the reviews that this isn’t a one time thing.

  Walked into the store and it was super busy. Three staff members working. One taking orders and the other two are walking around sipping their own smoothies and chatting. Meanwhile there are 10 people waiting on smoothies and no one is making them. Absolutely tired of poor work ethic making places like this look bad.

  Sat here for 35 mins for minutes for one smoothie. Only had 2 people and 3 drinks a head of me. There was one very nice employee taking orders and doing to go orders. The other two who were supposed to be making drinks sat in the back where we could see them talking and drinking their own smoothies
