  I just left sonic about 2 minutes ago and the girl that took my order I went through the drive thru by the way gave me attitude and was being all rude cause I asked if there is vanilla for the Carmel shake and then gave us attitude and yelled at us because we were suppose to know the Carmel shake had vanilla base?. I will never be coming back me and my family come here often and we will never come back this is ridiculous this hasn’t been the first time this girl has givin us attitude she has like a piercing above her lip and is dark colored. I genuinely will never come back because she’s rude and got mad because we wanted to do 2 different types of payments. Again how were we suppose to know we couldn’t do two different types of payments I’m genuinely done with this sonic and I hope there management does something about this girl cause they just lost costumers.

  I just spent $50 on burgers, corn dogs, french fries, tater tots, etc. They refused to give me ketchup packets for them unless I paid $0.25 per. No, I'm not paying another $4 for ketchup to go with my fries. This is the last time I'll ever eat here though.

  Worst customer service ever! Super unprofessional when ordering, don't offer any sauce for chicken bite meals and then want to charge extra, for something that should already be included in my meal!? What a joke 😃
