  Food is very good. Love smash burger. However, the worker named Mauro was not the best. We asked him for sauce five different times and he just kept saying, “it’s coming.” We came here twice on our trip and he told us this both times. By the time our fries were gone we finally got the sauce. Also the tables and chairs are poorly cleaned. Hard to find a decent place to sit.

  Food was delicious. We had burgers, fries, shrimp, and a vanilla shake. Tables were in need of being wiped down, but other than that, the location was nice and well maintained. Mauro was the guy taking out orders and delivering the food to us. He was super pleasant and had a peaceful demeanor with a smile on his face. An absolute pleasure.

  Complete chaos yesterday. Me and my daughter went and ordered a shake and a kids meal. Waited almost half an hour due to the greeter getting everything for everyone else and it looked dirty as well and the cooks in the back were barely visible and weren't very interested and what they were doing. It's sad when establishments set up young individuals for failure by being making them responsible for everything and the whole atmosphere was just off in general.

  Came in with my wife and children at around 2 or 3 in the afternoon yesterday. The cashier greeted us with a friendly smile and asked what we wanted. He took our order and seemed to be stressed as unbelievably, he appeared to be running smoothies, getting food out, taking other customer orders, and packing orders? I found it very absurd and ridiculous that he was practically doing everything and the cooks in the back were very audibly goofing around and laughing and the gentleman attempted to ask for help but disregarded him. One of the cooks in particular (wore glasses and a beanie) sat down on what looked like a computer on the back and another went to the restroom. Our food wasn't cooked all the way and there was a huge line all because whoever is running this place decides it's a good idea to only have one person up front. Do better

  The owner or manager of this place really just needs to hire 1-3 more people per shift. We go to smashburger frequently, and have never not waited at least 20 minutes to order. Most of the time it’s because the employee taking orders is also running food, making milkshakes, and handling other tasks. The cooks in the back are clearly overwhelmed with orders which results in a dirty looking back of house that guests can see. The food is great, we love it, but management is setting these kids up to fail by not adequately staffing their location, ESPECIALLY at lunch & dinner rush times. We waited 25 minutes yesterday (with 3 parties in front of us) to order, when we got to the front the man said he needs to make shakes. Which took an additional 10 minutes. By that time we’d been waiting for 30 minutes to order. So we walked out, and went to Olive Garden, and were seated & had food on our table within 3 minutes of entering the establishment. This isn’t a slight at the employees but the management. Do better.
