- DPD PMar 20, 20263.0Well we came in here expecting to get a decent meal and got our chips and sauce and our bowls and my bride's food was cold when it needed to be warm and mine was adequate the rice was a little dry so I put some of the sauce on it. We did get the chips and queso and the chip smelled like fish. Typically that's indicative of used or spent oil. Went to Google and below confirmed what we were thinking. Prior to Google I had the individual smell the ship and you said oh that's just our oil. We ended up dumping a lot of our food and would rate this experience definitely subpar. Old grease is just disgusting and is left a horrible pace in her mouth. I usually don't rate this negatively but this is beyond being overlooked as far as food goes. Change your oil more regularly and scrub your vats prior to putting your new oil in. If you added oil that was new to the existing oil it does not structuralize the oil. When he gets old it just breaks down. If the oil for Qdoba chips in Westminster smells "funny"—such as a sour, fishy, or metallic odor—it likely indicates the oil is oxidized, overused, or degraded, which can affect both taste and safety. It is advisable to politely inform the staff so they can check the oil quality and potentially change it. I'm not sure that I'll come back to this place again. It just turned us off. Sorry guys.

He helped me make an ice pack for my son and even let us use a clean towel to protect his skin. The next person in line gave the employees a hard time and phoenix remained calm and kind while the whole time
