- LDLinda Dewey6 days ago1.0A very simple order at the drive thru. One salad, one Mac cheese, one sandwich. Took forever and we were the only ones in line. Finally got our order and good thing we checked it. Missing the sandwich. Went back through and questioned how could it take so long for a salad and Mac n cheese??? The girl offered us a cookie. We said there's two of us. Oh, we can't give you two, they're very expensive!! Lol Keep your damn cookie and give us our sandwich! We don't need charity. She practically thru the sandwich at us. No thank you, no nothing. Rude!! Maybe do your job next time. I'll skip Panera and go to Kneaders. Better tasting food and service!!!

For nearly $9 for a half salad, I expected the order to be made as requested.
