  This is the third day in a row I didn't wanna eat my sand because it was cold, is it really that hard to serve a hot sandwich, please fix it

  I was in drive thru yesterday around 1;30 in the afternoon I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese sandwich only so I could take advantage of the free medium fries I also ordered a coke when I got to the window the total was over $9 I asked the incredibly rude guy if he charged for a value menu he said yes when I said it should only be around $7 he got visibly upset and said it makes no difference how it’s rung up then rudely said he would get a manager and walked away I usually eat here at least twice a week that is no more I won’t be back this is not the first time that person has been rude

  I am not happy with this McDonald's location right now. Using the mobile app I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. When I got up to window one the employee informed me that the smoothie was not available. I asked if a strawberry shake was still available. They informed me that yes a strawberry shake was available. When I pulled up to window 2 Emily the employee from McDonald's told me that neither the smoothie or the strawberry shake were available. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't process one. I went back to the restaurant with my receipt and was told they didn't have time to deal with me and was asked to leave the store and come back later. This is the response I received from mcdonald's corporate. Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to contact us and share your experience with McDonald’s Customer Care. We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. In regard to your request for a refund, this must come directly from the restaurant location in which the order was purchased. EDIT I've already contacted mcdonald's and they say they cannot issue me a refund. I see the link you've posted below i've already contacted them. I've already shared additional details. what I want is a refund. I see that you'd post this same blanket response to every single review. Mcdonald's you need to do better!

  Good food👍🏾 🤤👍🏾.Great customer service 🤘🏾🫡👍🏾.So I have to share my experience 😁.Saturdays I spend with my 1 and only grandson 🥰.He's a very picky eater 😅.And this is coming from his mom and me .Who both went to school for cooking. And can cook anything. It is still hard to get him to eat 😅.I don't care what restaurants we offer to take him to .His first pick is always McDonald's. So that where we eat when I spend time with him.Today I was taken him to get his hair redone on the other side of town. And we were running a little early 😁.So he asked to go to McDonald's. This was around 2:17- 2:30 .We at in ,met another customer. Got to talking and lost track of time. Long story short. I rushed out of their and left my wallet 😮‍💨.I did not notice i left my wallet till.After he got his hair done and we stopped for slushy.I rushed back to McDonald's. Didn't make it back until around 7:00.Talked to the manager. She looked up my order to see what time I left .And had my wallet waiting for me in the back. I wish I could reward the employe .That turned it in.You guys are the BEST 👍🏾🫡🥳🤟🏾. YOU HAVE GAINED 2 CUSTOMER 4-LIFE .I im so grateful and God bless 😇🙏🏿.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had hair in my food more than once. I try to use mobile order and go to a spot to get my meal because drive thru lines are crazy. They always make me sit there for 10 minutes almost every single time as they continue to serve the drive thru instead of taking the orders in the order they’re received and serve my meal in a reasonable time. Staff never smiles they alway look like they hate their life which fine probably would too. Worst McDonald’s I’ve literally ever been to.
