  I gave service one star bc there was one person working and they were very busy. Although she was doing very good for being by herself but I was there for 15 mins before I had my order taken. I only have cash and although the kiosk is great for people with cards it wasn't for me 4 people came in after me but got there order placed before me bc I was waiting for her to come check me out. She then took my order and started making them again and told me to use a card she then finished making another one and then took my money in the meantime another order was placed before mine. Like I said she is trying her best by herself but I don't think I should have waited all that time bc I had cash. She needs help! After 25 mins I finally got my smoothie and it really didn't taste like anything.

  My orders are always correct and taste delicious. I usually order using he self checkout and I'm shocked that still asks to add a tip.

  I came in 30 minutes before closed and the girl working told me to hold on a minute so I ordered using the self check out machine and when she came back five minutes later she straight up refused to make the smoothie I ordered because she didn’t want to get the peanut butter back out since and said “ I don’t have any peanut butter. I already cleaned it and put it away for tomorrow so I cannot make you any thing with peanut butter because I don’t have any”. I would’ve understood if I came in 5 to 10 minutes before close for 30 minutes??? I worked in food service for over 10 years as a cook and completely understand it sucks after you try to get things closed early and then someone comes in and orders something you already put away…. But 30 minutes before close is a bit ridiculous.. Plus, I paid extra for extra peanut butter and did not get that refundedwith my alternative smoothie option

  Man, I always get the Açaí, and usually it is killer. But the one I got today… flavorless and nothing like it usually is.
