It's usually because they don't have something ready which is often. Like today they didn't have potatoes ready for the breakfast combo. Why no? Every combo comes with potatoes. One time I pulled up to get a baked potato and they said it would take 30min. I told them "I guess we're waiting 30min". It didn't take 30 min.
