Went to get my kids Wendy's for lunch and found that their drive through is now an automated system. The automated system does not allow you to make changes to your order (no onions.) When we went to the window to pay, I advised that we needed one of the burgers without something to which she rolled her eyes and took my card. She made no confirmation that she was updating the order. When I got the order I stood at the window to check the burger and the person at the window had an attitude because I commented on hiw the burger was not hot and the cheese was not melted.

What a shame, another Wendy's I will never go to again because I had to talk to ai. Wake up Wendy's robots ain't buying your crap and neither are humans who don't want to deal with it. Pay humans to do the job or go out of business!
