  Walked into the store and it was super busy. Three staff members working. One taking orders and the other two are walking around sipping their own smoothies and chatting. Meanwhile there are 10 people waiting on smoothies and no one is making them. Absolutely tired of poor work ethic making places like this look bad.

  Sat here for 35 mins for minutes for one smoothie. Only had 2 people and 3 drinks a head of me. There was one very nice employee taking orders and doing to go orders. The other two who were supposed to be making drinks sat in the back where we could see them talking and drinking their own smoothies

  I’ve been to many tropical smoothie cafe’s and have never been this disappointed except for when I go to this location. I had chunks of ice in my smoothie today and this was not the first time this has happened going to this location. Never going to this location again.

  So I came in to this location the other night and was not able to order anything because they were closed and in my head I had a crappy experience. So I wanted to come back and give it another chance and I'm glad I did. My acai bowl was awesome, and the same guy that I had the crappy experience with on the previous night was working again and I'm glad he was. He initiated an apology and explanation as to what had happened without me even saying anything. I wasn't even sure he remembered me. But he did, and he was good enough to make me feel heard, validated, and like I mattered as a customer. I too apologized because he deserved for me to do that. All in all tonight was a while different experience and I'm glad I came. Thanks Kevin!

  good smoothies but i can’t understand all the hidden pricing on the app. it’s $1.49 for a piece of fruit, then it forces you to choose between apple or banana, and both options are an additional $1.25…so just set the price of the fruit as $2.74? the $1.49 is essentially a lie to get you to click on it and buy without noticing the extra dollar. it’s just weird and scammy like all that over a dollar? from a large corporation is like LOL
