Today, 2/18/26. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten at Subway. The meat was all bunched up, which wouldn't have been too bad, but the bread was burned and crunchy - and it wasn't toasted! Is it that hard to put out a decent sandwich? It was ordered online for pickup, so I guess they figure that by the time you sit down to eat it, you're not there to complain to them. It's usually been pretty good, but not today. No excuse.

The last two times we’ve been here, ordered online the orders weren’t right. Ordered extra veggies- didn’t get some. Only got light of the others on each order. Other things we added- we’re not on the sandwich or bowl. The last time bread was stale. Not sure what they’re looking at but the service is so bad the last 6 sandwiches we’ve ordered have been incorrect. We will go out of our way to order at another store from now on.
