She is a perfect example of guest service. She was very polite, understanding and I'll say. She knows how to make a really good sandwich!

Wasn't offered a fix or a new sandwich even though I recieved a sauce I did not request. The guy next to the girl making the food wasnt helping in any way and they both seemed angry. This subway used to be good. Then it went downhill. Kinda went back to good and is now bad again. I will not go to it again. I will find another subway or stop going altogether. Waste of money. Shouldn't have to ask for a new sandwich when she realized she messed up after I said I wanted the cheese...

The staff acted like every ingredient was coming out of their own pocket extremely stingy, dismissive, and unwilling to make a simple order without cutting corners. The attitude alone was enough to make me walk out, but the way they nickel-and-dimed every part of the sandwich made it even worse. I left feeling like they cared more about squeezing every penny than actually serving customers. Definitely not returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who wants decent service or honesty in how they run things.

Also, the person taking my order this time, either didn't listen or didn't understand me...I annunciate. Plus, I paid for sandwiches different than what I ordered, like, I got a BMT and paid for a turkey and ham.
