- FIFaith IshmaelNov 10, 20251.0If I could do all zeros I would. Unfortunately that’s not an option. My wife and I went in on November 10th at 8:30 in the morning. We had just dropped off our 12 year old min pin mix for a complicated dental surgery that could potentially be fatal for him and immediately the employee there informed us that they didn’t have any ham, turkey, lettuce, or bell peppers. So my wife asked her if she could cut up a little spinach for me as I don’t have teeth and can’t chew spinach leaves whole. I can eat the shredded lettuce they usually have, but we’re out of. She said with an attitude “I can give it to you like it is, but I can’t cut it up. I then turned to my wife and said let’s go somewhere else. I looked at the employee and said “I was a Subway Manager in Phoenix and with nobody else in line waiting and us literally being your first customer of the day and you being without so many product items I would have chopped it up. It’s called going above and beyond. You could have just made up for all the things missing in your store just now. Instead you just let us walk away. I left smh
