What kind of burger joint runs out of beef 2 hrs before closing time? This one. Dead inside at 8:30pm, just like your employee, who was likely smoking a "beef" bowl in the back when we walked in. This place is lacking in all aspects, especially in beef and braincells. 👎👎

The adventure began in the parking lot, where SmashBurger looked eerily dark—like it was observing a moment of silence. However, a quick check with Google Maps assured us it was "open until 10:00 PM."
We walked inside, and the place was a ghost town. No customers, no staff... just the deafening silence of a burger joint contemplating its life choices.
We stood there, awkwardly contemplating if we'd accidentally stumbled into a fast-food speakeasy, when suddenly, from the mysterious depths of the back room, a young, slightly bloodshot employee materialized. He then delivered the punchline to this evening's comedy: "Ummmmm, so we're out of beef."
Out of beef. At 8:30 PM. For a restaurant named "SmashBurger," the irony was so thick, you could smash it.
I guess the only thing smashed tonight was our dinner plans. But we had little to lament, with a Red Robin open just up the street, teeming with beef. Yummmmmm.
1 star for no beef, 1 more star for the laugh.

I just wanted to buy a burger for lunch as I was craving one. Literally not a single person in the store. The guy in the back looks at me, doesn't say anything for about a minute or two until finally he asks, " did you need something? Did you place an order? " I said, "no, just wanted to place an order" and he proceeded to get frustrated and said " we have a ton of burgers kn the screen its going to be a really long time"... I dno if they are overworked or understaffed or what but ill never be coming back here again. I'll get a Wendy's burger in 1 minute. What a joke
