  Just visited this location, the tables were clean, the order was quick, and our cashier Eli was super kind and friendly. Had the scorchin mac smash and it was superb, will be coming to this location again.

  The people there are nice but this is the second time I have came to this location. The first time was my very first time at a smash burger the whole bun was smashed down (smash burger means patty only) sweet potato fries were way over done and they barely put any crispy onions on the burger. I’m glad I gave it another chance because when I went to the location on Quebec it was a totally different experience. While at the Quebec location I got a chocolate chip and strawberry shake and went back to that location just for the shake when I went a second time. Well tonight I go back to the location on orchard to just get a large sweet potato fry and a chocolate chip strawberry shake and the same guy from last time was behind the window making the food. The fries weren’t filled all the way up like 75% of it so I asked for more fries and he did give me some and was apologetic about it which I appreciate. But then after getting my shake they said there was no whip cream which I can do without but the shake wasn’t full either and when I got back to the car realized there’s no chocolate chips in it either. Good service isn’t what’s missing here all of them are really nice. But you’re missing consistency and care in the food. If you don’t care the foods not great and less people come. I was in a rush so I didn’t go back in to get it fixed but I am disappointed. I came back in to give this place a second chance but I probably won’t be coming back to this location unfortunately

  I came in to eat today and they only had one customer and the two employee were standing around. We ordered and went to find a seat and every table was dirty and not able to be sat at. With it being slow these tables should be clean. Do better.

  Ordered the loaded smash fries and did not get what was ordered and the portion is definitely not worth the $5 they charge. I could have made better.

  The adventure began in the parking lot, where SmashBurger looked eerily dark—like it was observing a moment of silence. However, a quick check with Google Maps assured us it was "open until 10:00 PM." We walked inside, and the place was a ghost town. No customers, no staff... just the deafening silence of a burger joint contemplating its life choices. We stood there, awkwardly contemplating if we'd accidentally stumbled into a fast-food speakeasy, when suddenly, from the mysterious depths of the back room, a young, slightly bloodshot employee materialized. He then delivered the punchline to this evening's comedy: "Ummmmm, so we're out of beef." Out of beef. At 8:30 PM. For a restaurant named "SmashBurger," the irony was so thick, you could smash it. I guess the only thing smashed tonight was our dinner plans. But we had little to lament, with a Red Robin open just up the street, teeming with beef. Yummmmmm. 1 star for no beef, 1 more star for the laugh.
