It didn't even taste good. I also ordered a salad and asked for no feta but instead they put a buttload of feta on there. Panera has gone down hill! Never coming here again!

A member of the staff named Charlie provided exceptional customer service during our last visit! She was very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond when the coffee from one of the urns wasn't hot. She started brewing a new batch right away, and although Panera is self-service, she brought me the first cup as it was starting to brew, so that I didn't have to wait for it to finish! Panera is very lucky to have Charlie representing them!
