- TTTiffanyDec 22, 20251.0I had an Uber Eats pick up here. They said that the order had already been picked up. I contacted the customer the customer said they had not received the order. So I informed the store and they go nothing I can do in a very rude tone. McDonald's orders are frequently stolen by drivers. So if I contact the customer and the customer tells me they did not receive it the store should remake the order. It was just the person's tone of voice that really got to me.

They never have enough of whatever the current one is. The app rarely works at this one although it works at all the others. They somehow managed to mess up the easiest orders. Today I ordered a nugget kids meal for my kid, with extra fries instead of apples. Of course that instruction was ignored and on top of it there was no nuggets in the nugget meal lol. Whoever manages here really needs to intervene. I highly suggest everyone go north just a little bit to Midway or South to 80th if you want your order done right.

So I started ordering online to avoid the bullshit. But now they can't even get my online orders right and it's incredibly frustrating because I just seem to always have problems at this McDonald's and it's the closest one unfortunately. Recently during breakfast a manager gave me such a hard time about a missing item I offered him to search my vehicle. He gave me a free meal card thing but dam. Just take accountability for yalls mistakes. Train people better or SOMETHING.
- DDDevinDec 6, 20252.0Missing all sorts of food from our order, couldn't get anyone to help for 10 minutes, and there were no napkins in the holder but you can't ask anyone for some. The man with dyed locs is the only person who stepped up to help me and other customers multiple times.
