So I informed the store and they go nothing I can do in a very rude tone. McDonald's orders are frequently stolen by drivers. So if I contact the customer and the customer tells me they did not receive it the store should remake the order. It was just the person's tone of voice that really got to me.
- ALArianne LittleDec 13, 20252.0This McDonald's needs some serious quality control. Whatever Happy meals advertise, you will always get the one from two months ago. They never have enough of whatever the current one is. The app rarely works at this one although it works at all the others. They somehow managed to mess up the easiest orders. Today I ordered a nugget kids meal for my kid, with extra fries instead of apples. Of course that instruction was ignored and on top of it there was no nuggets in the nugget meal lol. Whoever manages here really needs to intervene. I highly suggest everyone go north just a little bit to Midway or South to 80th if you want your order done right.
