Loved the lunch special. I got the1/2 grilled cheese and added bacon. The have good ceaser salad but they have my favorite fries. The service started great we got our food fast but when we wanted desert for my husband's birthday it took over 30 minutes to get butter cake and a sunde. The waitress kept coming by and saying they were busy and it would take longer. We have always loved their butter cake so we waited. When it cane out the sunde was nice but the butter cake was like a hockey puck. Usually it's warm with ice cream strawberries and real whip cream. This seemed a week old, not warm canned cream. It was a very disappointing end to and otherwise pretty good experience..No manager came to our table.

I really like Lazy Dog... however service is not really their strong suit. Nothing moves fast in this place. The food and vibes are really good though, so it is ultimately fine. To pack 6 TV dinners and get them delivered took over an hour. And when I have eaten at the restaurant even with a reservation I still have had to wait. Then we'll be sat and wait for anyone to stop by for just water. They are a very busy restaurant... ALWAYS. Don't think you can swing by on a Tuesday and expect to be seated immediately. Food is really good though and when you are served people are generally very kind. Try and keep your party small there's limited larger party seating.

It was great all around. Staff was attentive and friendly, made you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Service was great, out waiter kept our drinks full, checked on us often, removed dishes right away and food came out quick. We ordered appetizers and was able to finish that then our dinner came moments later. I don't like it when they bring dinner out before the appetizers are done so that was good. It was pretty affordable for 6 people. Food was top notch. Gotta try the crispy deviled eggs (and I don't like eggs) and the candied bacon. I will definitely go again and I highly recommend going at least once.

Had the Hot honey feta dip, the Chicken Pot Pie and the That noodle bowl with chicken and shrimp. The dip was different and delicious. A great start to a nice meal with friends. The Noodle bowl was large enough to feed 2-3 people and was very good, and they didn't scrimp on the amount of shrimp and chicken. I thought that it may have been a bit heavy on the lime flavor but this is just one opinion, so please don't count this dish out should you be wanting a hearty noodle dish. The Chicken Pot pie was good as well. There was a good amount of vegetables and chicken and the crust was flaky but dense and filling. This too find it's way into the to-go container. Our server was very attentive to our needs and was helpful in recommending dishes we may like. A very pleasant experience overall. Good assortment of beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic.

It's refreshing to find a place with quality food at fair prices.
I'm traveling for work staying at the Aloft across the parking lot.
Sunday night I got the bison burger and it was to die for.
Tuesday night I went again with a coworker and just had to get it again. It came out without the fries. 20+ minutes later still no fries, without complaining without having to ask again, a manager noticed immediately got the fries apologized profusely and gave me a coupon for a free appetizer/small-plate.
Thursday(today) I ordered the Tikka masala meatballs takeout to redeem the coupon. Only after ordering I noticed it said dine in only. Still they accepted the coupon!
Mistakes and confusion happen, that's business. How you make things right is what makes a good business. Quality customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
