  Today I was very excited to go to Dutch bros because i had just seen on the menu a new holiday drink labeled “jingle nog” this sound absolutely delicious and so I proceeded to go with my friend and had gotten a medium. As soon as I got home I had chugged the coffee immediately leaving no time to breath, it was so good and egg-noggy but this momentary delight would quickly vanish as not even five minutes later I had experienced this sharp pain as if I a thousand needles had pierced my stomach. I swear I was bed ridden for 30 minutes at least confident I was going to cry, and when I finally caved and screamed “let my suffering end!” I felt a sensation that anybody gets chills from….what I thought was the innocent jingle nog had left me glued to the toilet for hours. Now I’m not lactose intolerant…..I think but trust me when I say this but do not get the jingle nog. Atmosphere and workers were great though I will continue to go here and get the jingle nog!

  The service here is SO slow, there is always a line. Daily there is someone outside taking orders from a long line of cars, but there is 2 car lengths in front of the car before the window and no one in front of them receiving drinks. Customers do not use the lanes correctly, forcing employees to go down the line for 2 or 3 cars before going to the other side, it should be every other. There are signs at every location with 2 lanes to choose the shortest and then zipper folks in, people who don't read or choose not to follow the rules should not be priority. If the company policy is to alternate between the 2 lanes zippered cars into 1 line to pay, then that needs to be followed, only following the policy or expectation sometimes allows people to think the world revolves around them and they can go about their day doing as they please, and shortchanges everyone else doing what is asked of them for the sake of efficiency.

  The staff here is always so friendly and the girl that helped me today, I think she said her name was Kristen, was soo sweet while helping me decide on my drink. She had the cutest earrings on and also complemented me and the entire interaction just really made my day.

  Holy cow they are SLOW! How on earth are they staying in business? I guess their model is supposed to have a person working the car line with a pad taking orders, but they weren’t there for the first 10 minutes of my wait. Once I got to the window, the two women inside making drinks were standing and chatting. And standing and chatting. And standing and chatting. After 4 minutes of watching them talk I literally had to ask the woman for my drink before she glared at me and began making it. Their coffee is just not that good to be worth that wait! And the place was filthy. Disgusting!

  We love going to Dutch Bros - but this one was not it. They weren’t busy so we decided to stop by. The guy taking the orders outside skipped us twice before coming to our car. Once taking our order - which was only two drinks and a pastry - he repeated it back four times and still managed to get our drinks incorrectly. He also managed to get my daughters hot chocolate hot and not kids temp and get my small hot chocolate kids temp. Please help your staff to be better when taking orders. The people at the window were happy to see us - which was nice.
