Not only were all of my donuts I bought for my employees stacked on top of each other in a little bag. I asked for light ice, and more than half of my cup was full of ice also paying extra for cold foam and not even getting that is just ridiculous. What a waste of my money! & the way these donuts are stacked on top of each other aren’t even appealing like I don’t even want to give these to my coworkers this morning. Then to top it off, she threw my English muffin on top of all of the donuts! 🙄 Extremely disappointed in my purchase, I won’t come here again

- AIA INov 1, 20255.0I have been coming here for a couple years and with that being said, any problems I've had here have been minor and not worth getting worked up over. I've worked restaurant and retail so I'm not going to be that upset if something is wrong with my order. The staff are always friendly. It can be a challenge coming in the morning as everyone wants their coffee and donuts, I'm partial to tea or one of their energy drinks and a frozen coffee once in a while. That being said, I'd recommend coming in the afternoon if you're shorter on time as the morning rush should be lessened. Remember kiddos, this isn't Starbucks. Honestly dunkin' is more satisfying than Starbucks anyway in my opinion.
