  I want to give a shout-out to the manager Anthony. I made a mistake and ordered online at the wrong store. Even though the store was busy, he was willing to fulfill the order at his store. The doughnuts and drinks were great and customer service was exceptional. Thank you Anthony!

  Check your order before you leave! Entire order was wrong except one drink. I don’t know how you mess up an order so bad. Wanted a stuffed croissant and got an egg bacon bagel. Even the sticker on the coffee says ICED but it was put on the hot coffee cup and was supposed to be an iced vanilla latte.

  It's usually quick here and the service has been fine however the hashbrowns are always soggy and you only get a total of five hashbrowns per order. Also, I don't appreciate being asked to tip at a fast food drive through.

  Ordered a bagel and cream cheese, a breakfast sandwich and a glazed donut. The glazed donut was clearly at least a day old. How am I coming to a donut shop and getting old donuts at 9am in the morning? Unacceptable.
