  I always have an amazing experience at this Dominos. I even drive farther to go to this location. Always fresh and great car side service!

  I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at one of your Domino’s locations. I placed an online order that took over 40 minutes. When my order was ready, it was mistakenly handed to another customer, who took my entire order out to their car. A Domino’s employee then ran outside to retrieve the order from that customer and handed it back to me. Due to obvious food safety concerns, I requested either a refund or a freshly remade order, as I had no way of knowing what happened to the food while it was out of the store. This request was denied, and I was told, “No, mistakes happen.” When I asked why the associate (identified as Kyle) did not check the last name on the order, the situation escalated. Kyle verbally insulted me and used an extremely offensive slur toward me. The slur was so inappropriate that I am not comfortable repeating it in writing, but I am confident that any workplace—especially a customer-facing position—would have serious repercussions for using such language. I was also told to “never come back again.” Because of the food safety issue and the behavior displayed, I was forced to throw away my entire order. I was left without my food, without my money, and feeling degraded and disrespected. I want to be clear that the issue is not simply that a mistake occurred—mistakes do happen. The issue is: Food that left the store being returned and reissued to a customer Refusal to provide a refund or replacement for a legitimate food safety concern Verbal abuse and the use of a slur toward a customer Being told not to return to the store This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this location and in how the situation was handled. I am requesting: 1. A full refund for my order 2. A formal investigation into the employee’s conduct 3. Assurance that food safety protocols and customer service standards are being enforced

  This is the cleanest and best managed Domino's that I know of. Great customer service and awesome Pizza

  We were planning on dinning in. Spent 10 minutes trying to order, because person at the counter didn't know menu or pricing. Then, after we paid they said it would be over 20 minute wait for one pizza. We asked for access to the bathroom marked as a publicp to wash our hands and my friend is a senior citizen.

  The food was delicious. the delivery driver however is a piece of work. I am fairly certain I put a tip on the order when placing, he calls me 3 times and the first words out of his mouth were “no tip tonight?” I reply saying I thought I had entered an amount for the tip. He responds saying no but if I tell him how much I want to tip he’ll fill it in for me on the receipt. I’m sorry? I tell him once he arrives I’ll fill it in myself, but once he arrives there’s no receipt for me to fill in tip amount. I’ll be watching my credit card and calling if anything looks off
