  The whole experience was a rip off nowhere did it say online that the silver winter pass you couldn’t get tickets for 72$ and no tickets won is complete scam . sat at the bar last night got ignored 7 times by the bar tenders I said sir four and he still walked right past me to people sitting next to me and my husband until my husband said can we get the check and boxes please and still took him 10 min to do so . We will never be returning ever save your money and go somewhere else

  Went over to the game service desk to reload a card. Had to wait a min but as well worth it. We had the pleasure of working with Karen. She was a delight and joy to have help us. She was frazzled for having to cover several different positions. She was still able to provide us with excellent service. Ran into her a couple more times through out the evening and was still a help+joy. We will be back to see Karen again.

  Our waiter Gabe was the highlight of our trip in. That and the banana pudding pie… Other than that, the food was pretty bad and it seemed like every damn game was broken. 100 years ago when I was a teenager, I remember attendants at Jolly Time trying to fix games as fast as they were breaking. That is not the case here. Not really an arcade just a kid casino pushing crap for tickets. Left with money on my card maybe for the first time ever… do better D&B.

  Jay was awesome. I came in with an idea of how my visit was going to go before I walked in, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Little did I know, Jay knew just how to make an average experience something spectacular. I was texting my friends between games telling them how much fun I was having and what a great deal it was. Dinner and entertainment, Jay really helped me navigate the plethora of options. 10/10, I’d dine and game again!

  Huge disappointment. We went here on a whim for a Saturday night family night. Decided to try dinner here aswell. Had to find the host stand hidden in the corner to get a table. Finally they clean off a dirty table and sat us down. No menu. After getting menu 5 minutes later, absolutely no drink prices published on menu. Order apps. Calamari was just okay. Spinach dip was decent. Side salad was completely wilted yellow. But still ate it because I was hungry. My wife orders a sweet apple salad on the menu for her entree for 17.99 (plus 4.99 for grilled chicken on the salad, had to send salad back they used the same rotten yellow lettuce with a red vinegarett dressing that made the salad pink. Very strange looking. Not edible had to send it back. She ended up getting sliders. My daughte ers "kids menu" pizza. 9.99 (+ 4.99 for fries) that we thought came with the meal and 4.99 kids drink was okay, but $20 bucks for a frozen pizza, fries, and sprite isn't even right. Ask for the bill. Waitress has on her tablet for $160. For 2 adults and a kid. Had to ask for a printed receipt. They still tried to charge us for the salad we sent back. For $24. Had a manager take it off. But I also asked about the substitute side the waitress offered me then charged me for, and the $5 side of fries in kids meal. The manager Araon instead of fixing the problem made it worst by arguing that we orded it and ate it. So we will have to pay for it. But with a really bad attitude. Complete jerk. Im Not one to post bad reviews. But trust me spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Stay far away. Place is awful. Over priced, deceptive pricing, below mid grade food, horrible service, horrible management. Never will we go back
