Food was okay but not great for the price. Games are way to expensive. And drink prices were ridiculous. $30 for one double tall margarita. $20 game play gets you about 15 games. Also an annoying girl offered us photos of our group.. free to capture, free to print, but $20 to take home

Half of the machines are either broken down or steal your tickets only to not start or let you play the game. Having to go to someone every single time after it happens for the extensive process to get the credits back is ridiculous. Not all dave and busters are bad, this one is absolute trash though 0/10 (ps. after getting robbed of my credits the kazoos were their last robbery they don't even work)

Staff members looked at me completely clueless when asked about seating , acted like they were dead, had TJ ask a woman who again looked confused when I asked if there was somewhere my 82 year old mother could sit and not have to climb into a chair . Waiter was excellent in order taking , HOWEVER , th cool has no clue what the term “ medium well “ is . My steak came out well done …other than that …food was enjoyable I guess ..my mom loved the ribs even tho a half rack is what she ordered and if what came out was a half rack of ribs , that was a very small half rack . Also, haven’t seen the waiter since he took our order , so idk how to really explain this . Haven’t been asked if we needed a refill on our drinks …the atmosphere is great , but the customer service needs some major work. I ownded my own restaurant in 2019 before covid shut it down in 2020 . If you guys need me to apply for the kitchen position to show your cooks how to actually cook..Please let me know ..your place is outstanding however , your employees need ALOT of re-training .haven’t been here since my son lost his last phone here due to theft and NO HELP from staff to attempt to even locate it ..don’t know if we will be coming back to this location at all after tonight . I hear the centennial location is way better with much better customer service ..if we decide to come back …it will be to that location, not the Westminster location …

I rarely do reviews unless it's a great place or its not a good experience. So, I took my 8 year old there for her birthday on the 26th of Dec. It's an hour and a half drive for us. When we arrived there was no one up front to help us get any cards set up or tell us about how the process of getting set up works. So I walked into the arcade section and found a kiosk and set everything up myself. The arcade is a decent size and seems to be fairly clean. I was disappointed in how many games were either out of order or that would take your money off your card and then not work. When the game would take our credits and not let us play (it happened probably 6 different times) I would go look for someone that worked on the floor and it was very difficult to find someone working there. I would walk around for at least 10 mins looking for someone to help us. When I did find someone he was very helpful and refunded the credits back to the card. After the games took my credits again after the 3rd time I quit lookig for someone because it took so long to do so. (Wasn't worth the time to find someone to help) We then went to go eat dinner. I was a little confused on whether we needed to go up to the front and get sat or if it was cool to walk up from the arcade and get a table from the arcade side. I went up to a waiter stand and asked if we could eat, the woman said we could and pointed to a table and told us someone would be right with us. We sat there for close to 15 mins without anyone helping us until a guy came up and asked if we needed help. (I thought initially they may be short staffed but I watched 3 to 4 people standing at the waiter counter/kiosk for some time talking to each other. So I know that wasn't the case) We then told him we were ready to order and he got our drink order (took longer than usual) took our food order and that took close to 30 mins to get our food. (I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt because they could be short staffed or something in the kitchen but that was a long time) We didn't get any silverware or napkins. I had to walk to another table to grab our own due to the waiter not really coming by to check on us to ask what we needed. (He did seem busier than the other staff, though) He checked on us 1 time and refilled my water. He was a nice guy and wished my daughter a Happy Birthday and gave us a free ICEE, so that was nice of him. He was polite but seemed very rushed in what he was doing. My overall experience was it was below average and not great. Especially for the amount you pay for everything. I spent $250+ for the night. (A lot of money for a single dad or for anyone) I don't expect things to work perfectly or to be catered to at all. But when you spend that much money on games and food (food is very overpriced) you should expect the games to work more and to have better service. I would recommend this location and I would NOT go back again. I was pretty disappointed overall.

We had a great experience, especially thanks to our server Spencer. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference for us dining with a young child. He was patient, kid-friendly, and helped make the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Spencer really added to the overall experience, and we’ll definitely be back because of the great service.
