  Several attempts to make a family purchase online but had trouble. Have been reaching out via phone to get assistance but no one has answered. 12 calls made and no one picked up. Horrible customer service. How do they expect to stay in business?

  Called at 9:30 to place a small to-go order after not being able to eat at the smoothie place next door. I saw BWW's lights turn off but figured it was just something they did around closing but we're going to still be very much open since their hours state they're open until 10pm. When I called the man said they stop taking orders at 9:30 and he's already "doing his financial stuff" . While I wrote this review in front of the store I've seen 3 separate cars show up with people trying to go inside because I'm sure they thought that they were still open because that's what their hours are supposed to be. When did behavior from employees like this become acceptable? Are restaurants really that hard up for staff that they allow them to do shit like this?

  Echoing the poor customer service comments, specifically from the manager. And without a doubt, they will forget an item each time you order.

  Although I didn’t eat at this restaurant, I went to go use the restroom, and one of the workers breaks open the door despite saying I was in “I’m in here” multiple times, and he says “I need you guys to get out”
