  This location is a "to go" with that said I showed up to pickup my ordered and a rude employee handed me my food and a bag, then told me "I don't have time to bag it" . That is part of their job! Bottom line they have rude and lazy people working there.

  I've been ordering from here for years and today hands how hand the worst customer service. My friend ordered wings for us..so naturally it was under her name. Luckily we were smart and had the email verification of the order sent to my email. When I came in and dug through the bag to make sure my ranch was in it. I had a woman who peeked over noticed I was going through the bag and said what order are you here to pick up. (Clearly the one I'm digging through) I say my friends name my stupid self gave her the middle name and last name she goes by rather then then her actual first name. (My bad on that piece) she then gets smart and says that's not who that order is for. I said do you need proof. She says yeah. I pull up my email and give it to her. She looks at my phone and says okay then. Very snotty like. It wasn't until then that I told her she should be more respectful. She told me that I shouldn't come back and made comments on my appearance as well. I'm a paying customer and all I said was you should be more respectful and all you do is show more disrespect?

  Love this location! They're always fast and friendly when I visit during my lunch break! Tuesdays are awesome!

  0 STARS, but then I wouldn't be able to warn everyone else about this place in my review. By far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some bad ones. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS! The manager, Elias is so tuned out and clearly doesn't want to be bothered to do his job. He is setting a terrible example for his staff. Elias asked in frustrated tone “what do I want?” Rather than a friendly “how can I help you?” And I figured he was having a bad day so I tried to be friendly, but he was so rude and didn’t even respond to me trying to be nice to him. I had a legitiment question about their American cheeseburger and whether or not it was a double. Again in a blantantly frustrated tone, he said “yeah they’re all doubles”. Then I’m going to place my order and he’s on his personal phone while I'm placing it with him at the check out counter and is rolling his eyes at me. While I’m placing it the cook comes out and says “scan that” which the the URL code for their surveys. He says “fill that out and leave a great review for Elias because they just cleaned the grills”- in a aggressive tone of voice. Looks like they did a good job alienating their customers because they were clearly not busy and they don’t close for another 3 hours. The cook then comes back and says they’re out of patties. Needless to say I will not be back and I encourage anyone else in the Denver area to take their business elsewhere. 0 stars for 0 effort and incredibly rude staff. They don’t get the bare minimum in 1-5 star scale because they don’t do the bare minimum. Just read the reviews posted the last few months on this place like I should have done to begin with.
