  It’s nice that you have upped your game with the quality of the food. We quit eating here about four months ago because the food was not very good, but we tried again last weekend and had excellent food and again this weekend and it was excellent. You must have a new manager.

  We ordered the bacon Mac and cheese, edamame, bang bang shrimp, and the Chilean sea bass. All were outstanding. I only found out about this place as a result of my visit to Denver where our hosts took us to Bonefish there. The food was so good that I had to find on in the Dallas areas (in Allen specifically). Just can’t go wrong here. Service was also superb.

  Absolute horrible food and service. Corn chowder was a thick oatmeal like substance. Fish and chips was the worst I've ever had, and the service was rushed, like in "get out of here, pay, so I can go home. " Her exact words" Manager was indifferent....offered a $25 come back again gift card. Never going there again!

  We love dining and having drinks at the bar area at the Westminster Bonefish Grill at Walnut Creek. It’s a warm and welcoming, friendly atmosphere, and the service is always excellent. If you go on Mondays it’s $5 martinis and martinis. So delicious 😋 The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. Burgers, fish and chips, salads, and of course fresh fish prepared any way you like it with a variety of sauces and sides. We like eating right at the bar, but they also have cozy booths and high top tables as well.

  We had reservations at 7 PM. My husband checked in at 6:45 and we were aware we were early so we stated that we would be at the bar waiting . We were told we would receive a text when our table was ready and confirmed our phone number. The bar staff did not acknowledge us for ten minutes. They seemed to be more concerned with table drinks than anyone sitting at the bar. The bartender was friendly but seemed overwhelmed and was not even that busy. We waited until 7:20 in the bar and had not received a text so my husband went to the host station and they told him that they thought we had left. The hostess’s were more interested in their phones than the customers. The server was great and was the only positive part of the experience. The silverware was filthy and we had to ask three times for clean utensils. The main course arrived immediately after the salad was delivered. The lobster was extremely overcooked and the steaks were not correctly cooked at the right temperature. The manager came to ask how everything was and we explained everything to him. He apologized however he did nothing to remedy the dinner. He came back with a 25$ coupon for next time. We stated we would not be back because of the experience and he said okay. He did not do anything to fix our dinner that we did not even finish. This was our anniversary and we have been coming here for 12 years and have never had such a terrible experience. Nothing was done to correct our dinner or even replace the lobster. The worst part of it all was the manager. Had he made it right at all we would not be writing this review and would consider coming back. This location has gone downhill and I would suggest another location or even restaurant.
