  I need to give Nicole, Kayla, and the rest of the crew an extra loud shout out. The relatively new crew at the 92nd and Sheridan location is out-stand-ing. I can’t offer up enough praise for them. Nicole and Kayla are the nicest human beings I have met in a long time. Everyone there makes me feel welcome no matter how busy they are. Keep up the amazing work!

  The folks here are super nice. Went a bit later in the day and service was quick and easy! Nicole Kayla and Heather helped me out at the counter when I wasn't able to download the app since it wasn't compatible with my device. Really good spot for a bite to eat and I'll be sure to be coming back!

  I don't understand how anyone could think this is acceptable for a to-go order. No I didn't ask for extra toasted. Last week I ordered an egg and cheese bagel, got to work and it was full of chorizo. A month ago they gave me the wrong drink. This is almost always at 7am and the store is empty.

  Today was my first time coming to Einsteins. They were really busy but I get the hype now. The bagel sandwich I had was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Way to go to the 2 guys on the line. My wife got a cinnamon roll and cold brew, seeing her smile, happy and full was a sight to see :) I would say if I had one critique tho, I would say my only disappointment was there was not a high chair for our son, but we made it work. We'll definitely be back.

  I stop by Einstein‘s bagels with a friend and we came across Nicole who helped check us out. She was so friendly and so nice and she took the time to help me order because I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Gave me a good recommendations and suggestions she was sweet and kind. She did this all well. There was an extremely long line and she took just enough time to help assist me and keep the line flowing in a good piece. She was fast but did not make the experience feel rushed. She made my morning!! Thank you NICOLE! ❤️
