  Line into the Walmart parking lot. The gentleman who took the order was very friendly. Sat in line for 35 minutes! Got up to the window and they were talking to each other not even making drinks.the girls working were not friendly at all. Crazy. The gentleman taking orders was through all the cars while the people inside were making drinks once they got to the window. Probably sat at the window for 5 minutes…. For a chai.

  I have came here twice in the past 2 days. Both days I ordered on the app. First day I arrived at the time of pick up and waited 35 minutes. Today I ordered and got in line. I’ve been waiting 30minutes now and am still waiting. Order was ready 20 minutes ago, but we’re stuck in the line! Nothing comes from waiting but a dum dum. Have staff not on shift coming in and making several trips to the cars worth of drinks for themselves and other staff outside hanging out with them. Staff flirting with people at the window. Not sure where the staff is that would be outside making things move along or if they’re short staffed or what, but the audacity to ask for a tip and pre tipping and sitting for 30+ minutes everytime. Absolutely ridiculous and so many customers leaving when they get the chance to get out. Figure it out! Until then will take business to 136th and Colorado. Adding in that I went up to the window after our drinks were WRONG and asked for a refund after 2 days of this bs and she claimed she couldn’t help and gave me an email to try and atleast get a partial refund. Thats where i also saw staff swinging around tags and in the corner hanging out. FIVE staff!!!

  We visited this Dutch Bros Coffee location a few months ago, while we were visiting the Denver, CO area. This coffee franchise is very popular, and has multiple locations nationwide. We swung through their convenient drive thru, and their menu offers a wide variety of delicious drinks that includes hot or cold coffees. We enjoyed one of their holiday hot coffees, and both my spouse and I truly enjoyed everything we ordered 👍 ✌️.

  Me and my friend were very excited to go to Dutch bros today, as we are large fans of the company and its products! Although , as soon as we approached the window we were met with a very distasteful attitude from the baristas which in hindsight is not super important. However the coffee we received was not only what we didn’t ask for but was made poorly. The quality of the drinks would’ve made up for the disappointing service if they made to stander. I’m not one to bash company’s or people simply doing their job but this was highly disappointing, I recommend going to a different Dutch bros as I know I will.
