Didn’t ask me what type of taco shell I wanted never gave me the receipt. I came back here the other day and she gave a weird look to the other employee working with her that day because I asked for a drink. Horrible customer service so rude. Never coming back to this location again.
- JFJ. FMar 7, 20261.0Stopped in today for the first time in a while. Debated on steak and chicken, but both looked overcooked and dry, so I got my usual Barbacoa bowl. It was awful. I usually never get salsa since the barbacoa has so much flavor. Today I got a big chunk of stringy meat that was lukewarm with no flavor at all. The knife could barely cut it given how tough it was. The beans and rice were fine, but not worth $ 12 for a bowl of beans, rice and flavorless meat. I asked for a bit more lettuce on top and the server rolled her eyes.

I was hoping to get a salad, but went for a bowl since they were out of lettuce. I asked if it was possible to not be uncharged for the guacamole since they were out of almost everything and I was paying for a bowl expecting it to be more filled, and the cashier Cristina was extremely rude. In fact, she turned to her coworker and said what I was requesting in Spanish, to where they both made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you’re wanting to have good customer service, train your employees how to be more respectful and not talk crap in front of them. Also, let customers know in advance before ordering if you’re out of items so they can make a quick decision on if they want to order or not instead of going through the line.
