  Did an online order for pickup, arrived on time and they hadn't even started it. Waited around for ever and the bag they handed me was missing an item when I got home.

  The place is not clean at all. The food area looks dirty, and it’s clear that proper hygiene is not a priority. The staff seem unmotivated and work without any energy or care. The food itself is very disappointing—served cold and not fresh. The overall environment feels neglected, and there is little to no cleaning being done. It’s not a place I would recommend.

  Honestly disappointed with this location. I’ve been a fan of CAVA for a while now, but this visit was a frustrating experience that I feel I need to share. First, I ordered one of the chef-curated items and didn’t receive everything that was supposed to come with it. When I asked about the missing item, I was told I would actually be charged extra for something that should have been included with the meal. The portions were also very small. I paid about $20 and received half a scoop of chicken, a small amount of veggies, and rice. They were also running low on hummus, and instead of refilling the container, I was given what was left, which wasn’t even a full scoop. On top of that, the vinaigrette in my bowl was extremely watery and basically turned was soup. The staff also didn’t seem very welcoming. They appeared annoyed from the moment I walked in, which didn’t make the experience any better. The atmosphere itself was decent and the restaurant seemed fairly clean overall, but there was quite a bit of trash scattered on the floor.
