  not sure how this location is still open. every time i’ve been to this location specifically they have gotten my order wrong every single time! or i’ve had to wait 30+ minutes…

  I went through the drive through and ordered my food, waited over 20 minutes. I realized it was the wrong food when I got home so I drove back (my fault for not checking at the window) and asked for the right order. They made me come inside and the employee told me they made my order right but they gave me the complete wrong order and they said they'd remake it. Again they gave me the wrong food and I politely told them again that it was wrong. I wanted a refund at that point and just to leave but they walked away from me while I was talking to remake the food again. I finally got the right meal but ofc they forgot a bunch of stuff that came with it. I just walked away laughing at that point. The incompetence was appalling. I always am nice to fast food workers knowing and having lived the life, but please at least listen to your customers. We are right sometimes 😉

  The tea was stale and my supreme tacos were literally just meat on a stale taco shell. There was no cheese, there was no lettuce, there was no sour cream. It was just meat on a taco shelf. Unfortunately, I did not notice until I already picked up a kids. I understand why they had no line at 2p
