  This place is a staple for me. I live in the Roaring Fork Valley and I always make this a stop on any drive to Denver. Delicious, modern menu (burgers but also poke bowls), great bar, great views and vibe. I’ve always had great service here, and will always be looking forward to the next visit!

  This was the remedy for our hunger but not for our taste buds. Pros: Service was prompt. Food came out quickly. Waygu was cooked to perfect temp. Atmosphere was nice. Our waiter was polite and friendly. Cons: Seeing that the 10oz ribeye was slightly less than the waygu, I opted for the waygu because duh, vacation? Waygu? Yes. It was cooked beautifully but I was let down by the thickness of the cut and the saltiness. I was able to balance that with the sides but I shouldn’t need to. Kids Mac and cheese- the sauce was more like soup than mac and cheese, extremely thin and lacking flavor. Welcome to Vail, I guess. You don’t get what you pay for. You pay for vail.

  Overall, the vibe here is great. For the prices they are charging however, there were a few things that make giving it 5 stars difficult. I’ve been here twice now. PROS: Great drinks, cool decor, good service CONS: Very loud, a little sports bar-ish depending on your proximity to the massive full wall tv, and the food was inconsistent.

  OK, let’s start off by saying I love The Four Seasons Vail! I Have a place here in vail fortunately! However I love to come here, The place is magical, Location, atmosphere the , hot chocolate, and even a hot chocolate Martini Is a Must have as well as the famous cookie dessert!And if You get lucky enough you can have Tara serve you, with her big bright smile and cheerful personality it will be the highlight of your evening!!
