  Its hard to mess up a scoop of ice cream, but this had to be, hands down, the worst ice cream shop experience I've ever had. Upselling waffle cones without mentioning price was one thing, but balancing the scoop on top of the cone so that it immediately falls off and the cone is otherwise empty is just plain dumb. It was seriously difficult to eat without it falling off again. They were kind enough to replace the first scoop, which had fallen off as it was being handed over the counter to me, so I'll give them credit for that I guess.

  Terrible customer service. Manager is very rude. They gave us a Frappuccino and it was terrible. We asked to replace it with anything and they rudely just grabbed it and threw it away from us and said this isn’t a taste test. I’ve never been treated so badly in a restaurant in all of my life.

  Nice ice cream place with customizations. Due to the weather the ice cream never melts most of the times
