  Resort Delivery is the only way to get groceries in Beaver Creek. We accidentally made a HUGE order for a day later than we intended, and Resort Delivery bent over backward to get us our order a day early! Drew got everything on our massive list to us by 8:30pm so our crew could wake up and fuel for a day on the slopes. So grateful to Resort Delivery!

  Was in City Market Vail this morning, the middle aged blonde woman working for them this morning scolded me for leaving my cart in her way. Mind you there was a man stocking the isle she pushes my cart out of the way without a word, I’m standing right next to it, and the man stocking says sorry I’m in the way she say O it’s not you it the other people that are in my way. Here’s the deal Karen all you needed to say was excuse me, I would have gotten right out of your way. On the real your an employee and should be treating regular customers with respect while shopping for all the rich out of town folks, and not to mention how many times one of your employees have been in my way, not to mention when you guys take all the checkout lane with your stocked carts ten deep in line. Learn to smile and do your job or do something else! I was going to give a piece of my mind but I stayed silent

  All items delivered as promised. I had problems with the website. I was called promptly and the problem solved. Both women I spoke with were extremely courteous and helpful. We have used Resort Delivery twice and will continue to use them in the future.

  This service is a nightmare! We ordered for a 4 PM delivery and after waiting for 3 hours we finally had to go do the shopping. When they did not show and as the hours passed we called at least 6 times. We initially reached an automated message. We kept trying to get in touch with a person and someone finally answered the phone. Each time he said it will be there any minute. They made no effort to let us know that they were delayed or how long they would be. At 7pm (it was 9 pm where we traveled from.) One of us decided to head out to go to the grocery store in case this delivery never came. He got in the car and saw the resort delivery vehicle enter the townhomes where we are staying. He talked to the people in the vehicle who said our delivery was next. He said if you are able to deliver to us next we would accept the order. If it will be delayed further we have to go ahead and go to the grocery store. The Resort Delivery staff members simply drove out of the neighborhood and did not deliver our order. This was our first experience with asking for help with provisioning on our vacation. We will NEVER order from this company again. If we do decide to order groceries for delivery in the future, it will be with a reliable service like Instacart.
