    Its hard to mess up a scoop of ice cream, but this had to be, hands down, the worst ice cream shop experience I've ever had. Upselling waffle cones without mentioning price was one thing, but balancing the scoop on top of the cone so that it immediately falls off and the cone is otherwise empty is just plain dumb. It was seriously difficult to eat without it falling off again. They were kind enough to replace the first scoop, which had fallen off as it was being handed over the counter to me, so I'll give them credit for that I guess.

    this place employs a doorman who is quite rude about customer numbers in the store. they need a better model for serving lots of willing customers. prices are high obviously.
