  this is now the second time i place an order and they never delivered it in vail ! this location is horrible!!!!!

  The food is always very consistent! Great customer service and the most important thing the store is spotless!!! (We live just 2 min away and always do carry out, and I LOVE to see how clean it is) Nice addition to the valley!

  Refuses to deliver to the Racquet Club in East Vail. What’s the point of opening a Dominos in Vail if you won’t deliver to Vail?

  My order went through the whole tracking process. I waited an hour. I ordered 45 minutes before close. On New Year’s. Was waiting for delivery, order was cancelled. No call to my number, no notification, nothing. They just cancelled my order. Now everything else is closed too so I can’t order out.

  I placed an order at 1:08pm and the email confirmation said the order would arrive within 54-69 minutes. The order was in quality check from 2pm until it left the store at 2:29pm. When I checked the tracker, the order was set to be delivered by Jack at 3:26, 2.5 hours after placing the order. My neighbor ordered a pizza from the same store and received her order within 45 min. I called the store multiple times but the person kept hanging up on me. Then without my request, he cancelled the order and hung up again. Terrible service!!!
