  Placed an order through the app. Store called to let us know they are out of Pan dough and they will make our order with hand tossed, which was acceptable until they stated we would have a balance owed after we had already paid on the app. Made no sense since the app had originally charged us us the extra $2 for each pan pizza we had ordered. Store rep could not explain how our order came out more than what the app charged even though hand tossed crust is less than the pan crust we had ordered. Ended up canceling the entire order. We were traveling from out of town specifically to get Pizza Hut...very disappointed. Felt like we were being overcharged or ripped off.

  This was my wing order tonight. Tried to call the store, once they transferred to local store.. no one answered..

  I am a chill lady, I never do this but I left this store almost in tears I was so upset. MARIA, the manager was the rudest , tackiest food service employee I’ve ever dealt with. We walk up and she’s outside the front door. And everything after that was down hill. Too much to write. Don’t waste your time or money here is all I can suggest and if you like rude dirty and aggressive service , eat here. I will never order anything from this place again:

  By far the worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to. The Pizza was horrible and so was the Manager.
