  I'm not a regular McD patron, but this was one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Not very clean and workers were checked out.

  Amazing food! This is the best food I’ve had in my entire life ever! There’s only one downside, I came in on Halloween and a dog seemed to have peed all over the floors!! There was a dog inside, and puddles surrounding the table the dog was at! But if you can look past that, amazing food!

  Horrible experience stayed at a hotel nearby opening up a new store I work at went to McDonald's once for dinner was not impressed and once for breakfast on a Sunday November 9th got two of my items right which I ate first and they weren't that bad then proceeded to open up my third item which was supposed to be a McGriddle which was not it was a biscuit I went back for a refund The so-called manager there Robert young skinny guy was very rude to me and not professional reassured me that my refund would be immediate but it was not then when I asked for him to come back from another employee he refused finally he did come back and told me it was going to take a while up to 24 hours which is common I do agree but do not reassure somebody that it would be immediate and then argue with that person later and be unprofessional mind you there was two other people in front of me returning orders as well and Amish gentleman and a EMT ambulance employee horrible experience do not go here

  It took them 15 mins to make a latte. First they brought iced variants and they had to try again to make hot ones. Had trouble ordering a plain latte, they only understood sweet flavored ones.

  Hello I'm writing this review under my wife's profile my profile is not working...I'm leaving a review because of the horrible customer service and treatment I received from the night manager ..I wouldn't wish this service on anyone mind you a few yrs back I had managers and their spouse follow me to my car trying to fight me so I'm not surprised that I received the treatment I did ...I don't know if it's because I'm black or something but every since I moved to Trinidad 7 yes ago customer service in this store is very rude and disrespectful to not just me but other customers especially senior citizens I'm used to horrible attitudes from the workers .. for some reason getting people orders wrong is never there fault it's always the customer..I can't remember the last time my order was correct and then when u try to get what you actually paid for the act like it's an inconvenience ...this piticular night first I was approached with agressivness in the drive thru because I didn't receive a discount that was on my app I ask for the manager and he was herd saying before even getting to the window ...what do they want I don't have time for this I have a bus that I have to get orders too ...which didn't have anything to do with me he was angry the entire time he corrected the order not only snatched the receipt out of my hand he also slamed the money in my hand to the point I almost drop it on the ground ...I took that on the chin like I always do when the workers usually catch an attitude when the have to fix an order that the messes up...after that I went in to order something that I forgot to order ...ordered an deluxe quarter pounder with bacon not only and u can watch on the camera did I have to wait 35 almost 40 minutes and did not give the attitude that I received in the drive thru I could have gotten mad because of the wait but took it on the chin again and drove all the way home and not only was my drive thru order was missing half the order the meal i ordered when I went inside was wrong as well ..so yes at that point I was frustrated and rightfully so to get rude service in the drive thru and then too wait the time I did while my son was in the car waiting so long he fell asleep ...so when I drive all the way back to McDonald's I asked for them to correct my order at that point was met with unwanted frustration with me because I wanted my order corrected..mind you this same manger while I was waiting for 40 min he was caught on camera and please run the tape he came in from delivering an order takes off his green vest throws it throws it so hard that the straw been flipped over then proceeded to yell while going to the back he had so many kids from the bus get rattled even customers left after he did that his temper is very bad in a place where your main job is customer service ..he has a real bad temper and I've noticed this for years....to end this story I'm not innocent by throwing the bag in the floor but after everything that happened to me I felt I had to stand up for myself because no one deserves to be treated like this just because the make mistake and hold u accountable like it's your fault...he proceed to call the cops when I ask for a simple refund and when the come it's my nextdoor neighbor that know me personally and understand that I don't usually get this upset ...and they knew actually what manger I had a problem with before it even came out my mouth because had complaint before about this same unhinged manger ....I would love to talk to the owner my son and wife used to work for her in Raton ..I know Steve personally even tho he doesn't work for McDonald's anymore..and the funny thing even after the officer went in and got the order that was supposed be correct I get home and still missing to chicken sandwich for my kids and this is the funny part my deluxe meal was till wrong just a regular no bacon lol I can't make this up if I wanted to so people if your reading this check your food and expect an attitude from someone ...
