  Came here last week and got a bowl. It was well made but took FOREVER! Employee was fine. I went through drive through.

  The staff were friendly and seemed to be in an excellent mood. The best part was NOT being served soggy food and then having it blamed on me. The lady late night working drive through was very kind thank you, thank you 🫶🏼 I hope she has wonderful day everyday lol. Nacho BellGande bomb.com fresh and crunchy chips. 😋 and you know Large BajaBlast freeze 🥶

  Ordered my son chicken nuggets and this is what they gave him... Only 2 of them did not look like this. Worst taco I've ever been to, after being ignored, got the wrong order and then got called a liar.

  Only thing kinda hate here is the location really cuz there's not a way to really enter into the parking/drive thru if you are going N on Washington at all-ONLY if you're going S on Washington or E on 84th or going along that backroad by Waffle House can you enter there & if you aren't familiar with the area you would just not have knowledge of this....soooo OTHER THAN THAT LOL this place is pretty GREAT 😁🤩 the staff here can admittedly come off as a bit abrasive at certain times, (I have had a few of my visits that the employees were very brusque while iterating my order) but they mean no offence in my opinion they are just trying to get the job done and get it done well which they do-I can't recall a visit that I've had my order wrong at this location for quite some time and they honestly BEAST thru the crazy long drive thru rushes I've seen there all the while getting MY orders right Soo I can [hopefully] assume the same for others too lol so overall, THIS PLACE IS A 5 STAR LOCATION-KEEP UP THE FAST AND ON POINT WRK GUYS! THNX!

  The service at this location is completely unacceptable and a major health safety concern. They called my name for my order, but instead of verifying who was picking it up, they stood by while a random man with dirty hands—who smelled strongly of weed—grabbed my bag and started touching my food. He actually said, “This is for Sara, but I’ll take the drink,” and just walked off with my beverage after handling my bag. The staff didn't stop him or ask for a receipt; they just let a stranger pick through my meal and then tried to hand the rest of it to me like nothing happened. When I refused to take food that a stranger had just been touching, the staff "re-bagged" the same old food right in front of my eyes and lied to my face, claiming it was a new order. I saw him take the old bag, put it in a new one because they were behind, and try to trick me into taking it. Taco Bell needs to stop giving food away without receipt proof. It’s unsanitary and unprofessional. I ended up getting a refund and went to Taco John’s, which was a night-and-day difference. They actually brought the food to my table, the place was clean, and the service was 100% better. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.
