  Ordered tacos and they gave use taco packets all stuck together with dried taco sauce or whatever it was.

  After being to this location multiple times over the years, my wife and I decided to use the online ordering process they push. DON'T! After completing my order, I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later giving them a little extra time and expecting to grab my food and go. No, when I arrived it was a total focus on the drive thru and 5-10 minutes before someone even recognized my presence. When an employee asked about my order she got a puzzled look on her face and went back into the kitchen. No one informed me of the status of my order, and it was 45 minutes until I got my food. When I finally did, they shorted items. In this waiting time, I talked to two other online order customers experiencing the same frustration and saw multiple mobile delivery drivers frustrated. The entire focus of this location is the drive thru. If you go there use the drive thru or be prepared to wait a long time.

  They seem annoyed to have to acknowledge and help you. Asked for water cups got charged for medium drinks. The choices for actual soda since we paid for it were limited as most of the options on the fountain drinks were out. The food was cold. The restaurant was empty, yet all the tables dirty. Not sure anyone will do anything about this. Subpar experience and food seems to just be a taco bell norm and most people know it and don't take the time to express it. So you've been warned.

  Always gets orders wrong and leaves things out. Check your orders every time here and go somewhere else if you can.

  Worst experience ever.! They ask to round up your total to donate to kids education but then they mess up your food. The whole order was wrong. My tacos supreme were regular. I ordered a #5 Mexican pizza combo. No Mexican pizza was given. Ordered some nachos bellgrande and the beans were dry completely inedible. The worst part is that I tried calling to talk to someone and they don’t pick up the phone. This was a pit stop on my way home from work and It was honestly dissapointing. This location is always a hit or a miss usually a mid but today I am left wondering if it’s even worth the trip. Those kids working the store today were clearly left behind in the educational system. I won’t be rounding up anymore either. I do it thinking I’m receiving at least an effort towards my order.
